SMS Program Terms

NO LMTS (nolmts.ai) uses text messages to run scheduling for the calls and appointments you request from us. Messages you may receive include: appointment booking confirmations, appointment reminders, requests to confirm or reschedule an appointment, follow-ups to an inquiry you submitted, and replies to questions you text us.

We do not send promotional blasts to this list. Messages are tied to a conversation or appointment you started.

You will only receive text messages from us if you:

• submit a form on our website or one of our ads and check the box consenting to receive text messages,
• book an appointment with us and provide your mobile number, or
• text us first at one of our business numbers.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Message frequency varies based on your appointments and conversations with us — typically a handful of messages around each booked appointment.

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by your mobile carrier under your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Reply STOP to any message at any time to cancel. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages. To rejoin, sign up again as described above.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with or sold to any third parties for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information, and our Terms of Service for the terms that govern our services.

NO LMTS sends messages on its own behalf. Local service businesses we work with run their own text programs, under their own business names and their own opt-in terms.
