Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by NO LMTS AI, a service of JBT Enterprises LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

Description of Services

NO LMTS AI provides marketing systems and automation tools for local home service businesses, including but not limited to:

  • Website design and hosting
  • Missed call text back automation
  • Review request and management automation
  • Follow-up and nurture sequences
  • Unified conversation management
  • Business phone services
  • Local SEO optimization
  • Lead qualification and booking automation

Subscription & Payment

  • Services are provided on a monthly subscription basis
  • Payment is processed through Stripe and is due at the start of each billing cycle
  • There are no setup fees and no long-term contracts
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • We do not offer refunds for partial months of service
  • Usage-based overages (SMS, email, AI messaging, voice) are billed at published rates and added to your monthly invoice

Your Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for providing accurate business information during onboarding
  • You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding your business, including licensing, permits, and insurance
  • You are responsible for the content of any messages sent through our systems on your behalf
  • You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or to send spam, harassing, or deceptive messages
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials

SMS & Communication Consent

Our services include automated text messaging (SMS) and email communications sent to your customers on your behalf. By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have obtained proper consent from your customers to receive automated text messages and emails
  • You will comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, and all applicable state and federal regulations
  • You will honor all opt-out requests promptly
  • You understand that messaging rates and carrier fees apply and may be passed through at published markup rates

Review Solicitation Disclosure

Our Five Star Autopilot feature includes automated review solicitation. You acknowledge that:

  • Review gating (directing customers to different destinations based on star rating) may not comply with all platform policies including Google's review policies and the FTC's Consumer Reviews and Testimonials Rule
  • You accept responsibility for the review solicitation practices used by your business through our platform
  • We provide a secondary direct review link on all feedback pages as a compliance measure
  • You should consult with your own legal counsel regarding review solicitation practices in your jurisdiction

Intellectual Property

  • The websites we build for you are hosted on our platform. You own your business content (text, images, logos) but the underlying system and templates remain our property.
  • If you cancel your subscription, your website will be taken offline. We can provide an export of your content upon request.
  • Our brand name, logos, and proprietary system names (Done-Right System™, Five Star Autopilot™, etc.) are our intellectual property and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JBT ENTERPRISES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC RESULTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO A SPECIFIC NUMBER OF LEADS, CALLS, REVIEWS, OR REVENUE.

Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Our services depend on third-party platforms and infrastructure. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party outages, internet disruptions, or force majeure events.

Termination

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us
  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, fail to pay, or use our services in a way that harms other customers or our business
  • Upon termination, your access to the platform and hosted website will be removed at the end of your current billing period

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Benton County, Arkansas.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
