These terms govern your use of nolmts.ai and any services you engage NO LMTS ("we," "us") to provide. By using this site or booking a call, you agree to them. Specific client engagements are governed by the written agreement we sign together — if that agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement wins.

We build and operate marketing and scheduling systems for local home-service businesses. Details of scope, pricing, and billing for any engagement are set out in your signed agreement — pricing on a call, in writing, before you ever pay anything.

Booking a call is free and carries no obligation. We ask that you confirm your appointment when we text you and show up on time, or use the reschedule link to grab a new slot — unconfirmed appointments may be released.

Don't misuse the site: no scraping at abusive volume, no attempts to breach security, no submitting someone else's contact information without their permission.

Every business is different. Nothing on this website is a promise of specific results — what we commit to, and what you pay for, is defined in your signed agreement.

The content, design, and branding on this site belong to NO LMTS. Work product built for clients is addressed in the client agreement — including the standing rule that clients own their own data.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of this website is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or $100 if you haven't paid us anything). Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
